During each personalized training session lasting 50 minutes, I incorporate a comprehensive warm-up, tailored resistance/core training, and a thorough cool-down phase to provide a holistic approach to meeting each client's individual objectives. To track progress effectively, I utilize my iPad to document client data and shareable documents to keep them motivated and on course throughout their fitness journey. Furthermore, I am readily available via text or call during business hours to offer any additional fitness guidance or tips as needed.
Online Training

For all online training, I equip my clients with a step by step road map to achieving the body of your dreams! Known for coaching gay men who are interested in increasing muscle size and definition without using steroids, our goal is to teach you how to achieve your short and long term goals in sustainable ways, so that you don’t ever need to hire another trainer again. Nutrition Coaching
My nutrition expertise will use the most up to date formulas to figure out your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) in order to customize a unique caloric deficit or surplus and daily macro - nutrient distribution that will allow you to hit your specific goals tailored to your lifestyle. Additionally, I will help guide you towards understanding proper diet and meal prep in a digestible manner. Alongside my training, I can answer any questions you might have about nutrition. Dieting can be overwhelming but with my assistance, it doesn’t have to be.
