In - Person Training

During each personalized training session lasting 50 minutes, I incorporate a comprehensive warm-up, tailored resistance/core training, and a thorough cool-down phase to provide a holistic approach to meeting each client's individual objectives. To track progress effectively, I utilize my iPad to document client data and shareable documents to keep them motivated and on course throughout their fitness journey. Furthermore, I am readily available via text or call during business hours to offer any additional fitness guidance or tips as needed.

Nutrition Coaching

My nutrition expertise will use the most up to date formulas to figure out your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) in order to customize a unique caloric deficit or surplus and daily macro - nutrient distribution that will allow you to hit your specific goals tailored to your lifestyle. Additionally, I will help guide you towards understanding proper diet and meal prep in a digestible manner. Alongside my training, I can answer any questions you might have about nutrition. Dieting can be overwhelming but with my assistance, it doesn’t have to be.

    I got back into the gym roughly a year ago and have made some progress. Of course naturally, after the newbie gains phase had ended, I plateaued. While I have learned a lot, I knew my diet and variety of workouts that I regularly did definitely needed some work in order to break through the barrier. Knowing Garrett through mutual friends, I gave him a call. Mind you, this is the first time I've done online training, as opposed to in person, so I didn't quite know what to expect and was initially apprehensive. In retrospect, it's not that hard once you get used to it. Having videos for every workout in the same Google Doc where you jot your sets down.

    After almost two months, I can say that I made the right choice. My diet as a whole has never been better, and I'm steadily gaining a pound a week, six pounds overall as of this writing. Comprehensive body scans have shown most of this being lean mass, and even my friends/family have said they can see the difference. As a person who has grown up with a non-muscular identity, even with the complements and numbers I'm still borderline in denial (but thrilled) about the results. Garrett is so knowledgeable, comprehensive, and detail-oriented. Which is an absolute must in this sort of profession, since even the smallest nuances in a set/repetition can make or break the intended muscle group and purpose, or even cause injury. I had my first in person session today to go over some workouts I had trouble with, and left feeling confident about them. Every single one he explained thoroughly in a way I could understand.

    Whether it's online or person I can't recommend him enough. Put in the work and he will take care of you.
